Retirement should be a time of optimism, relaxation, and renewed energy for activities and passions likely set aside during your working years. I have been serving pre-retirees and retirees since 1986 in the San Diego area and now in Tampa Bay, Florida as well. I do this by looking at each client’s unique situation to help determine strategies which will most likely work for their lifestyle. Strategies based on creating various income streams and offsetting risks of taxes, market volatility, and long-term care expenses.

After helping thousands of clients successfully retire (and stay retired) over the years, I have a good idea of what works and what doesn’t in these changing times. After four decades I have seen a lot! My services focus on what is in the best interest of each client.
The PLAN
Usually, when new clients come to me, they need assurance and certainty that they have saved enough money to pay for the expenses for the rest of their lives. I help to ensure that they have a plan to help make that possible. The plans I create employ strategies utilizing four different rates of inflation, which will show me if they have saved enough for their entire lifetime in retirement. If they have not saved enough, I can suggest strategies to help them create a budget to address inflation, taxes, and long-term care issues that may arise. My clients can expect a streamlined, professional, yet friendly experience that consists of these five steps:
